Circle of Care

13,000 new cases of pediatric cancer are diagnosed each year in the US; 150 in Connecticut alone. Each year, 500 Connecticut children receive treatment for cancer. Although pediatric cancer cure rates are increasing, cancer treatment for children can last two to three years. Circle of Care was founded in 2003 by the mothers of children with cancer to provide practical and emotional support from the day of diagnosis and all throughout treatment.

The mission of Circle of Care is to provide immediate and on-going peer support, guided access to local services and resources and financial assistance for families of children with cancer. Our goal is to bring a sense of community and support to ease the isolation and helplessness parents and caregivers experience at this time.

We are excited to be a SOLUDE Cause. We believe it presents a great opportunity for supporters of Circle of Care to contribute to our work while enjoying really good coffee! All funds donated by SOLUDE Coffee and their consultants go directly to our programs. You can check out more about Circle of Care through our website www.thecircleofcare.org
