The Personal Information We Collect
In order to purchase anything from www.soludecoffee.com, you need to be registered with a SOLUDE Coffee Consultant. This simple process is completed through our website. From our Homepage, click on the “Consultant Locator” and choose an Consultant. If you know the name of the Consultant you want to register with, simply select that Consultant directly. You will then be taken to the SOLUDE Homepage for your chosen Consultant. Click on the “Register” button on the Consultant’s Homepage to register. At this point we will ask you for some basic information so we can complete coffee orders for you. The information we collect is limited to your name, email address, phone, shipping address, and billing address (if different from your shipping address). You can also supply us with your birthday so we are able to surprise you from time to time with a special gift! We will also ask you for a username (which can be your email address) and a unique password.
Whenever you make a purchase and checkout of your shopping cart, we will ask you for the payment card details for the payment card you wish to use. Once you have entered this information, your name, address and payment card information will be sent to our card processor using industry standard encryption technology called secure socket layers (SSL) which ensures that it is encrypted during transmission. The integrity of our safe shopping technology is verified by Authorize.net, a premier secure transaction gateway. You will see a locked padlock icon or solid key icon at the bottom of your browser window, and the letters "https" (rather than "http") located in the URL address window at the top of your browser so you can verify that your transaction is secure. At no time do we at SOLUDE Coffee store any of your payment card information. If you decide to set up a recurring coffee order, your card details will be stored securely by Authorize.net. We do not have access to these details at any time and use a unique reference number with Authorize.net to initiate the recurring order.
What We Do With the Information We Collect
As a customer of SOLUDE Coffee, we promise that we will never rent or sell any of the personal information you give to us. From time to time, your Consultant may contact you to inform you of new products and special offers, or to follow up on previous interactions you may have had with us. Additionally, we may contact you directly to respond to questions you may have asked us, and to make you aware of the status of your orders. When you register with your Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to decide what information you want to receive and the way you want to receive it. You can change this at any time by clicking on “My Account” and updating your Customer Profile. Please note that any changes may take up to 10 business days to take effect.
